History of ZNS Realty Corp.

ZNS Realty Corp. has been a part of the Bronx for decades. ZNS Realty Corp. opened in 1983 at our first location on the Grand Concourse and Kingsbidge Road in the Bronx, New York. In 1988, we relocated the office to Norwood Section of the Bronx on Decatur Ave . In 1991, we relocated to Bainbridge Ave. On Oct 31, 2009 our office was destroyed in a Five alarm fire. In 2009, we relocated to our current location at 279 - 281 East 204th St Bronx NY 10467.
